GIRL FRIENDS (Part 3)

Childhood friends = Sisters for life!

The best mirror is an old friend- George Herbert. No one has made me the queen of all friendships but I have done good having good friends. To have one, you have to be one. Today I will look back at my Primary School days. I had a lot friends back then as I still do now. I had Reen, I had Cynthia, I had Mariam, I had Eagline and I had Doreen. I miss them so much and would take on a chance to be friends again. Time flies so fast and we all have gone our separate ways. I stayed with Reen longer because we went to the same high school and stayed in the same cubicle. We do speak sometimes, like once a year. Reen, I miss you! I hope that the paths of life will make us meet again. Maryam!!! I went down to coast for the first time to meet her for our joint birthday Party in 2010 when we turned 23.

See she was born on 21^st of November and I was born on the 20^th of November. We used to carry some snacks back in Primary School and share the candies and goodies in class. We had a major misunderstanding in Grade 6 but now I look back and laugh at how petty we were. Thank Goodness we grew past that. We celebrated out 24^th birthday again last year at the same location. I look back and tears come to my eyes because last year, we went down to the coast with my boyfriend Charlie and he invited his best friends the Priors(Dan and Amber) We stayed at the Tamarind Village, had a lot of fun, and had a lovely birthday dedication at the 4 hour dinner cruise ship. It was a ball. Later we went to another club and I just remember dancing so much and we had fun. I am so glad that we did that trip and Mariam had the chance to meet Charlie.

Mariam and I talk at least every month and I love her. What can I say? I am full of love!
